Oz Guney vs Bayram Varli

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Istanbul promoted show at Istanbul Altan, Istanbul,  taking place on 01/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Istanbul Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oz Guney (13 - 2) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Bayram Varli(8 - 7 - 3) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Guney weighed in at 147 pounds, while Varli weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gul Yumlu, and the three ringside judges are Can Bozguney, Altan Tahir and Ilker Mogul.
