Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Kampala Ntambi, Kampala,  taking place on 02/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hassan Abed (10 - 4(1)) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Obaid Murad(9(1) - 3 - 1) from Gulu, Uganda.  Both Abed and Murad weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Ahsan, and the three ringside judges are Dave Ojara, Dale Kayonga and Shayan Waheed.
