Juan Licona vs Zenon Camargo

Boxing Daily Report from the Sahaghyan Promotions promoted show at Madrid Moros, Madrid,  taking place on 09/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Licona (10 - 0) who hails from Barcelona, Spain and Zenon Camargo(6 - 3 - 3) from Cordoba, Spain.  Both Licona and Camargo weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Bazan, and the three ringside judges are Elias Calistro, Carlos Montesino and Reynaldo Rodriquez.  

Round 1: 

Licona steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Camargo tries to keep the action at long range.  Licona lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Licona is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to Camargo's liver.  Licona clinches his opponent.  Licona is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
