Julien Mendy vs Billy Anderson

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Portland,  taking place on 07/02/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the WRBO Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Julien Mendy (15(3) - 2 - 1) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Billy Anderson(12(3) - 1(1)) from Lexington, USA.  Both Mendy and Anderson weighed in at 147 pounds.
