Santiago Aguiniga vs Joaquin Melchor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Alto Parana promoted show at Alejandro Cilia Gym, Ciudad del Este,  taking place on 07/01/2025:

Clearly AI Paraguay-Alto Parana have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Alto Parana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Aguiniga (10 - 7 - 3) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Joaquin Melchor(7 - 5 - 3) from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.  Aguiniga weighed in at 140 pounds, while Melchor weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces.
