Goga Kauls vs Dmitriy Gatvenieks

Boxing Daily Report from the TW Promotions promoted show at Zemgale Olympic Centre, Riga,  taking place on 20/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Latvia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Goga Kauls (12(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Dmitriy Gatvenieks(10(1) - 4) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Kauls and Gatvenieks weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kolzak Liepkalnietis, and the three ringside judges are Andrii Priede, Goga Biezbardis and Afanas Tevinsh.
