Vijay Kapoor vs Takeshi Nishimura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Hirohata Gymnasium, Himeji,  taking place on 15/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vijay Kapoor (17(12) - 0) who hails from Nagpur, India and Takeshi Nishimura(1 - 12 - 2) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Kapoor and Nishimura weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Soma, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Matsubara, Satoshi Sakamoto and Jun Oe.
