Charles Ormond vs Erepu Rupaha

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 16/01/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charles Ormond (8 - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Erepu Rupaha(15 - 3) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Ormond and Rupaha weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil McAllaster, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Durie, Chris Weir and Ewan Duffy.  

Round 1: 

Rupaha lands a stinging jab.
