Onaedo Zulu vs Thomas MacAuley

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Basket Ball Arena, Dublin,  taking place on 10/01/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Onaedo Zulu (1 - 0) who hails from East London, South Africa and Thomas MacAuley(4 - 10 - 3) from Cork, Ireland.  Zulu weighed in at 199 pounds and 3 ounces, while MacAuley weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jason Orman, and the three ringside judges are Cillian Murphy, Mark McClellan and Shamus Quirke.  

Round 1: 

Zulu advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.

MacAuley tries to keep the action at long range.  Zulu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Zulu is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Zulu sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  MacAuley throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Zulu time to recover.
