Joaquin Montijo vs Diego Hernandez

Boxing Daily Report from the Adabor Promotions promoted show at Guatemala City Menendez, Guatemala City,  taking place on 12/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Americas Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on El Súper Canal, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Montijo (9 - 0) who hails from Mixco, Guatemala and Diego Hernandez(10 - 4(1) - 1) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Montijo weighed in at 115 pounds, while Hernandez weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Simeon, and the three ringside judges are Alfonso Mosco, Zacarias Arellanes and Montana Acebo.
