Timofei Vezis vs Otokar Bales

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Igor Allikas Gym, Riga,  taking place on 25/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Timofei Vezis (10(1) - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Otokar Bales(5 - 6 - 1) from Plzen, Czech Republic.  Both Vezis and Bales weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Melor Lipskis, and the three ringside judges are Evgeny Shmits, Boris Jaunslavietis and Valeri Akitis.  

Round 1: 

Vezis tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
