Boxing Daily Report from the Eghigian Promotions promoted show at Medellin Betancourt, Medellin,  taking place on 16/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Alejandro (8 - 4) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Neper Chavis(9 - 3) from Cali, Colombia.  Alejandro weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Chavis weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xavion Amezquita, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Yero, Rio Porro and Gabriel Dena.
