Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Durban Convention Centre, Durban,  taking place on 25/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merk Buys (11(2) - 0) who hails from Mitchells Plain, South Africa and Efe Soyinka(10 - 8 - 4) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Both Buys and Soyinka weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thamsanqa Mbeki, and the three ringside judges are Steven De Lange, Steven De Lange and Cody Fuani.
