Lee Jernigan vs Martyn Griffith

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Frank Gym, Manchester,  taking place on 24/12/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Lee Jernigan (9 - 0) who hails from London, UK and Martyn Griffith(6 - 4) from Leicester, UK.  Both Jernigan and Griffith weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul McCalla, and the three ringside judges are Stuart McCormick, Tobias Moffit and Arran Roose.  

Round 1: 

Jernigan connects with a right hook.

Jernigan gets on the inside and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
