An Pi vs Wang Ojong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Sichuan promoted show at Chengdu Sin, Chengdu,  taking place on 17/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Sichuan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are An Pi (10 - 0) who hails from Chengdu, China and Wang Ojong(8 - 1) from Chengdu, China.  Both Pi and Ojong weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wu-pen Fui, and the three ringside judges are Xing-fu Chee, Jin Siong and Zhu Wu.  

Round 1: 

Pi closes the distance and digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pi lands a jab.  
Pi advances into close range and digs in a sharp right hook to Ojong's body.  
Pi lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pi advances into close range.  Pi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ojong is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.
