Boxing Daily Report from the Munamonga Promotions promoted show at Amer Abdullah Gym, Alexandria,  taking place on 18/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Abdel-Khaleq (8 - 9) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Zuffur Tahir(6 - 4 - 1) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Both Abdel-Khaleq and Tahir weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saad Nadift, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Abdel-Shafy, Asif Abdelnour and Amer Qazi.  

Round 1: 

Tahir switches the action to the outside.  Abdel-Khaleq connects with a cross.  
Tahir pivots to the side of his opponent.  Abdel-Khaleq goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Tahir's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
