Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Mancebo, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 19/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Sabado (14 - 2(1)) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Alfonso Bazan(14 - 2) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Sabado weighed in at 200 pounds, while Bazan weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Oquendo, and the three ringside judges are Neron La Torre, Iago Portales and Joaquin Mena.
