Haaris Yassin vs Azam Akhter

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Esteghlal Hotel, Tehran,  taking place on 22/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Tehran Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Yassin (11(3) - 6) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Azam Akhter(10 - 4 - 2) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Yassin and Akhter weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Akbari, and the three ringside judges are Saad Salameh, Bilal Jamal and Faisal Sala.
