Nori Hora vs Hiro Takara

Boxing Daily Report from the Nundwe Promotions promoted show at Kei Kurokawa Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 23/01/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Hora (11 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Hiro Takara(8 - 0) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Hora and Takara weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Hara, and the three ringside judges are Aki Mizuno, Michi Kaneko and Eiji Aoki.  

Round 1: 

Takara lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  As Takara tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hora dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Takara steps inside.  Hora pivots to the side of his opponent.  Takara lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Takara clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Takara pushes his forearm into Hora's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Takara to stop fouling.  
Takara cuts off the ring, trapping Hora in the blue corner.  Takara hits home with a solid left uppercut.  
Takara is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Hora steps away from his opponent and hits home with an overhand left.  
Takara advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Takara forces Hora to retreat into a neutral corner.  Takara lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Takara steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Takara steps inside and forces Hora to back into the ropes.  Takara lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Hora tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Hora pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Takara closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  Takara clinches his opponent.  Takara leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Takara's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Hora is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Takara steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Hora on the ropes.  Takara hits home with a sharp right uppercut.  Takara attempts to land a right uppercut, but Hora parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Takara lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Takara walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Takara digs in a right hook to Hora's ribcage.  
Takara pivots to the side of his opponent.  Takara is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Takara clinches his opponent.  Takara tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Hora behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  Takara throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hora's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Hora's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.
