Kai Connell vs Mark Urich

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Paul Maya Gym, Yuma,  taking place on 02/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kai Connell (8(2) - 1) who hails from Garden Grove, USA and Mark Urich(2 - 5 - 5) from Newark, USA.  Both Connell and Urich weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicholas Saunders, and the three ringside judges are Phil Sim, Paul Lowrey and Ashley Probert.  

Round 1: 

Connell walks his opponent into a corner.  Connell lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Connell clinches his opponent.  Connell is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  Connell tries to land a right hook, but Urich blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
