Stephen McTaggart vs Mel Lowry

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at Ten Gym, Hull,  taking place on 01/02/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Stephen McTaggart (10 - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Wolverhampton, UK and Mel Lowry(0 - 4 - 1) from Liverpool, UK.  Both McTaggart and Lowry weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mervyn Cour, and the three ringside judges are Ronald McAlinden, Jonathan Duane and Chris Llywelyn.  

Round 1: 

McTaggart steps inside.  McTaggart pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.
