Rio Langa vs Jax Islas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Portoviejo Malave, Portoviejo,  taking place on 04/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Ecuador-Santo Domingo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rio Langa (9 - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo, Ecuador and Jax Islas(5 - 12 - 2) from Santo Domingo, Ecuador.  Both Langa and Islas weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Apolinar, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Arroyo, Juan Duran and Rogelio Remigio.
