Juan Monzon vs Sancho Mederos

Boxing Daily Report from the Jigarkhanian Promotions promoted show at Leon Laura, Leon,  taking place on 26/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Guanajuato Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Monzon (8 - 0) who hails from Leon, Mexico and Sancho Mederos(10 - 6 - 5) from Leon, Mexico.  Both Monzon and Mederos weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Nuncio, and the three ringside judges are Cipriano Gomez, Diego Principe and Diego Nuncio.
