Mojiz Shenna vs Jumah Smaili

Boxing Daily Report from the Mphande Promotions promoted show at Larache Almatghari, Larache,  taking place on 26/01/2025:

Clearly Mphande Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mojiz Shenna (9 - 6 - 2) who hails from Tetouan, Morocco and Jumah Smaili(6 - 6(1) - 2) from Tangier, Morocco.  Shenna weighed in at 112 pounds, while Smaili weighed in at 111 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Saif al Din Melgar, and the three ringside judges are Dirar Sheetrit, Hilel Benzouien and Aniq Aghmati.  

Round 1: 

Smaili is on target with a cross.  
Shenna walks Smaili into a neutral corner.  Smaili lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Shenna clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Smaili pushes his forearm into Shenna's face.  The referee warns Smaili and breaks the clinch.  
Shenna gets on the inside and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Shenna digs in a right hook to Smaili's ribcage.  
Shenna hits home with a cross.  
Shenna gets on the inside.  Shenna quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Smaili throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Shenna ties up his opponent.  Shenna is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Shenna is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Smaili lands a left hook.  Smaili throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shenna quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Smaili hits home with a left hook.  
Shenna is on target with a right hook.

Shenna throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Smaili's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Smaili hits home with a left hook.  Shenna clinches his opponent.  Smaili leans on his opponent using all his weight. Smaili uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Shenna's kidney. The ref breaks Shenna's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Shenna wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Smaili dabs at his face checking for damage.  Smaili has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Smaili lands a cross.  
Shenna drives a left hook into Smaili's body.  
Shenna steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Shenna steps inside.  Shenna sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.
