Cole Prentice vs James Purdie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Aragon Ballroom, Chicago,  taking place on 11/02/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from USA-Illinois Super B.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cole Prentice (7 - 5(1) - 4) who hails from Chicago, USA and James Purdie(2 - 5) from Saint Paul, USA.  Prentice weighed in at 122 pounds, while Purdie weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave Jansen, and the three ringside judges are Sam Gaddie, Dai Cornog and David Keenor.  

Round 1: 

Prentice tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right.
