Juan Elias vs Juan Ciervo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Coliseo Mauro Mina 'La Bombonera', Lima,  taking place on 29/01/2025:

Clearly AI Peru-Lima have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Elias (2 - 8 - 1) who hails from Lima, Peru and Juan Ciervo(3 - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Both Elias and Ciervo weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Bras, and the three ringside judges are Dimos Rueda, Juan Villano and Guido Lucido.  

Round 1: 

Ciervo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Ciervo finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Ciervo closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Ciervo holds on to his opponent.  Elias pushes his forearm into Ciervo's face.  The referee warns Elias and breaks the clinch.

Ciervo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Ciervo drives a left hook into Elias's liver.  
Ciervo forces Elias to back into a corner.  Ciervo is on target with a left hook.
