Onofre Boda vs Angel Gonzalez

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamuntu Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Salumbides, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 29/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Onofre Boda (7 - 4) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Angel Gonzalez(6 - 5 - 2) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Boda weighed in at 117 pounds And 14 ounces, while Gonzalez weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stuart Magpatoc, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Baliad, Vicente Graciano and Mark Labuanan.  

Round 1: 

Boda gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.
