Tajo Luiz vs Carlos Asuncion

Boxing Daily Report from the Kpegah Promotions promoted show at Manny Portilla Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/01/2025:

Clearly Kpegah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tajo Luiz (5 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Carlos Asuncion(12 - 3) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Luiz weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces, while Asuncion weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Yago, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Cabili, Hernan Maez and Oihane Tatlonghari.
