Olufemi Onyemachi vs Aaron Ekpe

Boxing Daily Report from the Adusei Promotions promoted show at Maiduguri Khawaja, Maiduguri,  taking place on 08/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nigeria-Borno State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Olufemi Onyemachi (12(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Aaron Ekpe(10 - 3 - 1) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Onyemachi weighed in at 160 pounds, while Ekpe weighed in at 159 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Thompson Iwelumo, and the three ringside judges are Yakubu Novia, Lordson Fregene and Gbolahan Lagelu.  

Round 1: 

Onyemachi is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.
