Dmitri Vasilyev vs Goga Kaplan

Boxing Daily Report from the Akamba Promotions promoted show at Rings, Yekaterinburg,  taking place on 30/01/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Sverdlovsk Oblast Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dmitri Vasilyev (10 - 2 - 3) who hails from Nizhny Tagil, Russia and Goga Kaplan(3 - 7 - 4) from Yekaterinburg, Russia.  Vasilyev weighed in at 126 pounds, while Kaplan weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Toma Inkin, and the three ringside judges are Valeri Slutzky, Ioakim Duskin and Lazar Darin.
