Tariq Noori vs Bilal Moghaddam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Nsimbi, Lira,  taking place on 02/02/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Northern Region Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Noori (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Bilal Moghaddam(9 - 2 - 1) from Gulu, Uganda.  Noori weighed in at 239 pounds and 15 ounces, while Moghaddam weighed in at 215 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Ssekimwanyi, and the three ringside judges are Chata Kabonero, Declan Mukooza and James Bourdillon.
