Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Comunidad Valenciana promoted show at Elche Melendez, Elche,  taking place on 01/02/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Spain Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montenegro Fortun (6 - 4 - 2) who hails from Bilbao, Spain and Rio Almanzar(12(1) - 3) from Elche, Spain.  Fortun weighed in at 114 pounds and 15 ounces, while Almanzar weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Pollino, and the three ringside judges are Dimos Montero, Cris Estay and Oihane Baena.
