Sid Forrest vs Lee Boros

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at GAT Gym, Gaineau,  taking place on 03/02/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Sid Forrest (10 - 0) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Lee Boros(9 - 7 - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Forrest weighed in at 226 pounds And 13 ounces, while Boros weighed in at 226 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Briant Sarraute, and the three ringside judges are James Mabon, Sid Leys and Sinjon Bellanger.  

Round 1: 

Boros hits home with a left uppercut.  
Forrest gets on the inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Boros slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Forrest walks Boros into a neutral corner.  Forrest digs in a right hook to Boros's ribs.  
Boros switches the action to the outside.  Forrest is on target with a jab.  
Forrest lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Boros throws a left hook, but Forrest ties up his opponent.  Forrest pushes his forearm into Boros's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
