Alano Malta vs Marco Soria

Boxing Daily Report from the Cherry picking promotion’s promoted show at Estadio Obras Sanitarias, Buenos Aires,  taking place on 24/03/2025:

Clearly Cherry picking promotion’s have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alano Malta (6 - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Mendoza, Argentina and Marco Soria(8 - 7 - 1) from San Juan, Argentina.  Both Malta and Soria weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rico Marcial, and the three ringside judges are Neron Ortego, Noe Lacayo and Jesus Blasco.  

Round 1: 

Malta advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

As Malta tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Soria dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Soria.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
