Aaron Murga vs Zain Hatem

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 17/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aaron Murga (9 - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Zain Hatem(6 - 8 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  Murga weighed in at 108 pounds, while Hatem weighed in at 107 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arnie Lipton, and the three ringside judges are Chris Howells, Brendan Gillie and Brad Carvelli.
