Simohamed Deasy vs Sufyan Abdel

Boxing Daily Report from the Lemani Promotions promoted show at Hotel Continental, Tangier,  taking place on 23/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Simohamed Deasy (9(3) - 2 - 1) who hails from Tangier, Morocco and Sufyan Abdel(10 - 1 - 1) from Tetouan, Morocco.  Both Deasy and Abdel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ra'id Oubaali, and the three ringside judges are Boutaje Berkouch, Muaz Achik and Aatif Arazi.  

Round 1: 

Deasy gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Deasy clinches his opponent.  Deasy uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Abdel's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Deasy.  
Deasy gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to Abdel's ribs.  
Abdel throws a right hook, but Deasy ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Abdel pushes his forearm into Deasy's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Deasy lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Deasy closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Deasy lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Deasy throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Deasy clinches his opponent.  Deasy throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Deasy.  
Deasy lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Deasy lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Deasy quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Deasy connects with a solid right hook.  
Deasy manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Deasy lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Deasy lands a right hook to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Abdel steps inside.  Deasy lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Deasy lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Deasy walks Abdel into the corner.  Deasy hits home with a left hook.  
Deasy lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Deasy lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Deasy lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Deasy ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Abdel pushes his forearm into Deasy's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Abdel about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Abdel's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Round 2: 

Deasy hits home with a left hook.  
Deasy lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Deasy lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Deasy is on target with a left uppercut.  
Deasy closes the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Deasy ties up his opponent.  Deasy hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Deasy.  
Deasy lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Deasy could be enough to finish Abdel!  Deasy lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, DROPPING ABDEL TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  Abdel now seems to have got his legs back.  
Deasy steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Deasy is on target with a sharp right hook to Abdel's body.  Deasy holds on to his opponent.  Abdel leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Abdel closes the distance.  Deasy is on target with a stinging left uppercut to Abdel's body.  
Deasy pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Deasy advances into close range.  Deasy sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Deasy lands a cross to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS ABDEL SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Deasy crashes a hurtful left uppercut to his opponents body.  ABDEL IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  It looks like Abdel has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Deasy manouvers Abdel onto the ropes.  Deasy is on target with a forceful left hook to Abdel's liver.  ABDEL IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Deasy drives a forceful left hook into his opponents body.  ABDEL WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
It looks like Abdel has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Abdel throws a left hook, but Deasy holds on to his opponent.  Deasy pushes his forearm into Abdel's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Deasy to stop fouling.  
Deasy lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Abdel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Deasy lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND SENDS ABDEL SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Deasy!
