Mikael Moerync vs Jerome Helugghen

Boxing Daily Report from the Pianim Promotions promoted show at Couwel Hasebroeck Gym, Ghent,  taking place on 12/02/2025:

Clearly Pianim Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikael Moerync (9 - 6 - 1) who hails from Bruges, Belgium and Jerome Helugghen(8 - 8(1) - 4) from Bruges, Belgium.  Moerync weighed in at 135 pounds, while Helugghen weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jakob Van Caiseele, and the three ringside judges are Justus Van de Zande, Brice Wielancke and Lexis Camerman.
