Rodrigo Candelaria vs Juan Rubi

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 04/04/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Candelaria (14(2) - 5) who hails from San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina and Juan Rubi(16(1) - 1) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Candelaria and Rubi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Valentino, and the three ringside judges are Jose Prisco, Alfonso Olan and Fanuco Canada.
