Lothar Stein vs Kristian Strode

Boxing Daily Report from the Ankrah Promotions promoted show at Regensburg Deimel, Regensburg,  taking place on 17/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany-Bavaria Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lothar Stein (15(10) - 0) who hails from Regensburg, Germany and Kristian Strode(12 - 1) from Munich, Germany.  Both Stein and Strode weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rosston Pinnick, and the three ringside judges are Aldous Beyke, Janez Kring and Aldrik Blaich.  

Round 1: 

Stein is on target with a sharp jab.  Stein attempts to land a jab, but Strode blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Stein gets on the inside.  Strode throws a left uppercut, but Stein holds on to his opponent.  Strode uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Stein behind the head. Stein is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Stein's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Stein lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Strode is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Strode lands a stiff jab.

Stein lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS STRODE TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Stein senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Strode and just needs the right shot.  Stein lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND KNOCKS STRODE DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.
