Michi Iwai vs Aki Tanaka

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 22/02/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Michi Iwai (10 - 0) who hails from Higashiosaka, Japan and Aki Tanaka(8 - 1) from Shizuoka, Japan.  Iwai weighed in at 126 pounds, while Tanaka weighed in at 124 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Shiroma, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Mikami, Fumio Nakazawa and Kazuhiko Ide.
