Amer Garayev vs Ahmed Jaffer

Boxing Daily Report from the Feruka Promotions promoted show at Tabriz Sheikh, Tabriz,  taking place on 19/02/2025:

Clearly Feruka Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Garayev (9 - 0) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Ahmed Jaffer(9 - 2 - 3) from Tabriz, Iran.  Garayev weighed in at 226 pounds And 12 ounces, while Jaffer weighed in at 245 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zain Topchubashov, and the three ringside judges are Farhan Isgandarov, Tariq Rahmani and Shayan Sharif.
