Liberatore Cavina vs Valerio Velardi

Boxing Daily Report from the Mankattah Promotions promoted show at Turin Urbano, Turin,  taking place on 19/02/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Piedmont Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Liberatore Cavina (15 - 3 - 2) who hails from Novara, Italy and Valerio Velardi(11(2) - 0) from Turin, Italy.  Both Cavina and Velardi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Beccalossi, and the three ringside judges are Francesco Alatri, Fausto Segre and Nero Argan.  

Round 1: 

Velardi is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab to Cavina's body.
