Hisao Goto vs Kyo Nishioka

Boxing Daily Report from the Ekstein Promotions promoted show at Takeshi Oda Gym, Fukuoka,  taking place on 20/02/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hisao Goto (12 - 3 - 1) who hails from Kurume, Japan and Kyo Nishioka(11 - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Goto and Nishioka weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aki Nishimoto, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Ogura, Mikio Iwasaki and Daichi Sada.  

Round 1: 

Goto connects with an overhand left.  
Nishioka closes the distance and is on target with a right uppercut.
