Euan Roche vs John Lourie

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Circus Circus Casino & Hotel, Las Vegas,  taking place on 24/02/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Euan Roche (10(5) - 0) who hails from New York City, USA and John Lourie(11 - 5 - 4) from Henderson, USA.  Both Roche and Lourie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is George Ramo, and the three ringside judges are Chris Cadwallader, Bryan Florian and Ellis Slight.  

Round 1: 

Roche closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Roche lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Lourie attempts to land a right uppercut, but Roche blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Lourie is looking to keep his distance.  Roche lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.

Roche closes the distance and walks Lourie into a corner.  Roche pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.

Roche steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Lourie tries to tag Roche on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Roche finds the target with a jab.  
Roche gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Roche lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.
