Ramirez Negrin vs Juan Borgo

Boxing Daily Report from the Monare Promotions promoted show at Casino Pharaohs, Managua,  taking place on 24/02/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nicaragua-Managua Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ramirez Negrin (16(3) - 2(1)) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Juan Borgo(9 - 2(1) - 6) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Negrin weighed in at 147 pounds, while Borgo weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Aimon Cortinas, and the three ringside judges are Quinto Clavijo, Neron Godines and Tajo Tabora.
