Josh Prothero vs Ewan Cook

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, Auckland,  taking place on 25/02/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Josh Prothero (13 - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Ewan Cook(12 - 4) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Prothero weighed in at 175 pounds, while Cook weighed in at 174 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kyle Stine, and the three ringside judges are Hani Rarere, Kieran Beynon and Brin Stackpole.
