Tefu Selebi vs Max Rerekura

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ticketpro Dome, Johannesburg,  taking place on 07/03/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tefu Selebi (15 - 1) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Max Rerekura(11 - 0 - 3) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Selebi and Rerekura weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thomas Kotze, and the three ringside judges are Dillon Strydom, Luvolwethu Motupa and Colin Ntambwe.
