Ki-hun Tang vs Bum-young Sa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-South Chungcheong promoted show at JB Multi Gym, Asan,  taking place on 28/02/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-South Chungcheong Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ki-hun Tang (4 - 4 - 2) who hails from Cheonan, South Korea and Bum-young Sa(10 - 2(1)) from Cheonan, South Korea.  Both Tang and Sa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hyun-soo To, and the three ringside judges are Heung-Min Kang, Tae-hwi Heo and Chan-dong Yu.  

Round 1: 

Tang drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Sa lands a jab.  
Tang throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Sa time to recover.  
Sa is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sa finds the target with a jab.  
Tang tries to step out of his opponents range.  Sa sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Tang connects with an overhand right.  
Tang switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab to Sa's body.

Tang hits home with an overhand left.  
Sa throws a left uppercut, but is not on target.  Sa ties up his opponent.  Tang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Sa pushes his forearm into Tang's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sa walks Tang onto the ropes.  Tang lands a right hook.  
Sa lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Sa gets on the inside.  Sa pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Tang's ribcage.  
Tang pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.
