Ermir Kola vs Gig Montiel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Bob Note Promotions promoted show at NRGi Arena, Aarhus,  taking place on 08/03/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ermir Kola (16(4) - 1) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Gig Montiel(9 - 2) from Panama City, Panama.  Kola weighed in at 108 pounds, while Montiel weighed in at 107 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Canute Bolding, and the three ringside judges are Carolus Helgesen, Canute Gissel and Vidar Underberg.  

Round 1: 

Montiel gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to Kola's body.  
Kola is looking to keep his distance and lands a ramrod jab.
