Shevon Phaahla vs Rehman Belkacem

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uruguay-Montevideo promoted show at Antel Arena, Montevideo,  taking place on 23/03/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a tournament fight from WRBC Middleweight Ranking Tournament 2024.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shevon Phaahla (12 - 0) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Rehman Belkacem(5 - 4 - 5) from Constantine, Algeria.  Phaahla weighed in at 160 pounds, while Belkacem weighed in at 159 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Montana Monarrez, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Cancel, Franco Berrones and Baltasar Regal.
